Soccer Speed of Play
Speed, technique, tactics, mentality — are all critical skills in every sport. Speed of Play is a ground-breaking two-part, results-based training program held in a professional, wholesome environment convenient to Fairfield and Westchester counties.
Part 1: TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
Players increase their speed of play through an improved first touch, better field awareness, and overall ball mastery.
Part 2: ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Through a well-designed strength and movement based program, players learn proper acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and landing mechanics.
Soccer Speed of Play is led by coach Mick O’Brien—former English professional soccer player, and coach Brian Robinson—a strength and conditioning coach with experience training professional soccer and hockey players, and collegiate and high school multi-sport athletes.
